Greatest achievement

Shaun’s greatest achievement to date is achieving a sub 11 hours in the Ironman Ultraman UK.

In 2015 Shaun will be taking part in a number of half marathons including the Chester half marathon and the Wrexham half marathon. Shaun will also be taking part in the Etape Eryri Xtreme, a 226 mile cycling event up mount Snowdon. This is an 18 hours event in extreme conditions and is not for the faint hearted!

In 2014 Shaun took part in Bala Triathlon within a team of 9BAR athletes. The team worked flawlessly to grab first place in the team category. Shaun also competed in Iron Man UK and Iron Man France completing a 2.4km swim, 112 mile cycle and a 26.2 mile run at each event!

“I am so proud to be associated with the brand and company which is local to me. 9BARs are a major boost for me when out training for six hours at a time. 9BAR has been a fantastic addition to my training and racing. My wife enjoys a wheat free diet and is a regular 9BAR eater and my club mates enjoy them too.”
